A. That-a-Weigh KidsŪ has programs specifically set up for her age group and an easy-to-follow, color coded food plan which will be individualized to meet her needs.

Q. I can't get my child to become active, so he is gaining weight. How can That-a-Weigh KidsŪ help?
A. In our programs, we discuss the current American Academy of Pediatrics' excercise recommendations and suggest numerous ways to keep kids moving.

Q. My child is 8 years old and has never lost his baby fat. Our whole family is overweight. Should I be concerned?
A. Yes, you should be concerned. Repeated studies have shown that 50% of overweight school age children will become overweight adults, especially if there is a family history of obesity.
